Harris Equine Intimate Health, part of Harris Equine Training, takes your privacy seriously. This explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, yard address and postcode, and details about your horse(s) from the consultation form (including any declared veterinary treatment). Payment is handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Why we use it
To arrange and carry out your visit, to contact you about your appointment (including reminders and your confirmed time), to meet our legal and insurance requirements under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, and — only if you tick to opt in — to let you know about future visits in your area.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and consultation records for as long as needed for our service, accounting and insurance obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time (where we're not legally required to keep them).
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share only what's necessary with the services that run this booking system (payment via Stripe, email delivery, secure hosting). If we recommend a vet referral, any details go to you to pass to your own vet.
Cookies
This site uses only essential storage — a sign-in cookie for the admin, and your browser's local storage to remember your contact details on this device so you don't retype them. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
