Where we'll be
No visit days are published yet — check back soon, or register your interest below and we'll let you know when we're planning a route near you.
Get your yard together
Days fill by area, so the more horses booked near you, the more often we can come. Share this page with your yard — and if you can gather four or more horses together, you can request a visit on one of our flexible days even where nothing is scheduled near you yet.
What to expect from a visit
- ●Geldings & stallions: A sheath clean with bean check.
- ●Mares: Our Mare Intimate Clean — udder area and vulva/anus, beans removed.
- ●No need to drop: We clean fully even when retracted — every flake of skin removed.
- ●Every horse: A general health check, calmly, at your horse's pace, water-based lubricant only.
More than a clean. We're highly skilled at feeling for potential abnormalities as we work, and will recommend a vet visit if needed. Welfare-led and focused on a positive experience — fully compliant with the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and the Animal Welfare Act.
We never diagnose — we'll always tell you what we've seen and refer you to your vet.

Preparing for your visit
Tap a question — especially useful if this is your first booking.
What happens during a visit, and how long does it take?+
Geldings and stallions get a sheath clean with bean check; mares get our Mare Intimate Clean. A bean is compacted smegma that can cause discomfort — we remove it, plus a general health check throughout. Around 15–20 minutes per horse, though it varies.
Do I need to be there, and what should I have ready?+
A headcollar, somewhere safe to stand each horse, and a competent handler. We're insured to work without the owner present — just let us know in advance. Hot water (a kettle or flasks) is ideal but cold is fine. Please have someone at the yard about 30 minutes before your time. A few treats, their feed, or a clicker if that's your style can all help make it a positive experience.
What if you can't clean my horse, or he won't let you?+
We do this all day, every day — we're not magic, but we're calm, confident, and use positive, reward-based handling to settle most horses, doing a little gentle desensitisation as we go. If a horse is genuinely too unsure or tricky, we'll give you a choice: either we use the time to focus on desensitisation — getting them comfortable with the area being handled, which usually improves the chances next time — or we stop there and issue a refund. You're never charged for a clean that didn't happen.
Do you clean mares too?+
Yes — the Mare Intimate Clean is the same welfare-led service. Same price, same booking; the consultation form captures each horse's details so we arrive prepared.
What if you spot something that doesn't look right?+
We'll tell you what we've seen and recommend a vet referral, taking photos where it's safe so you can send them to your vet. We never diagnose — changes simply get noticed early.
When will I know my appointment time?+
We plan the route once bookings are in and email your time at least 24 hours before. AM/PM preferences are accommodated wherever we can.
What if I need to cancel?+
Cancel through the link in your confirmation email — with 48+ hours' notice you're refunded in full, automatically.
